Field Notes

Field Notes is a digital publication made for a small team that interviews makers, archive keepers, and neighborhood historians. We built the layout to feel measured and tactile, with moving headers, sharp captions, and plenty of breathing room for long reads.

Instead of trying to make the interface disappear, the design gives the typography a quiet stage. The result is a publication that feels edited and intentional without becoming precious.
